Bij ons kunt u voorproeven uit dit prachtige boek, dat in onze tijdelijke Phaidonwinkel te vinden is. NRC en Athenaeum Boekhandel wijden namelijk een kunst- en kookboekenmaand aan het veelzijdige fonds van de Engelse uitgeverij Phaidon. Tot en met zondag 5 januari staat de boekwinkel op Rokin 65 in het teken van Phaidonboeken op het gebied van fotografie, mode, beeldende kunst, architectuur, design en kunstgeschiedenis - en fraai uitgevoerde kookboeken.
